Active Sculpt vs Daily Sculpt

Both are latex with steel boning and three rows of hooks, in all three lengths. The difference is how they move. Active Sculpt is flexible, so it bends with you through squats, lunges and cardio. Daily Sculpt is firmer and holds its shape, so it lies smooth under a fitted dress or scrubs through a long day. If you'll mostly train in it, go Active. If you'll mostly wear it to work and out, go Daily.

“Legit the first and only waist trainer that actually compresses and doesn’t roll!!”

Isabella B. · Daily Sculpt

Daily Sculpt vs Triple Compression

Daily Sculpt is our firmest everyday latex and our best seller. Triple Compression has three layers of compression and a front zip on top of the hooks, for the most hold we make. That extra hold takes getting used to, so Triple is best once you've worn a trainer before. First trainer and want something firm? Start with Daily Sculpt.

Active Sculpt vs Neoprene

Both are made for workouts and have the same Medium hold. Active Sculpt is flexible latex that bends with every rep. The Neoprene Sweat & Sculpt trainer has a latex outer with a neoprene lining that heats up your core while you train. Choose Neoprene if you like to feel the warmth during cardio. Choose Active if you'd rather skip the extra warmth.

“Never disappoints No pinching at the bottom”

Chun H. · Neoprene Sweat & Sculpt

Luxx Hourglass vs Invisible Zip & Clip

Both are latex-free. Luxx Hourglass is powernet with an outer zip, hook-and-eye closure and an inner compression band, with a Strong hold and a corset shape you can wear over an outfit. It comes as a trainer or a vest. Invisible Zip & Clip is lighter and low-profile under clothes, with a Medium hold. It runs small, so order one size up.

Where Hide The Back Fat fits

Hide The Back Fat is a 12" trainer that reaches up toward the bra line, for a smooth back under fitted tops. It comes in firm latex or a latex-free version, and the two use different size charts. If your torso is short, it will likely be too tall: choose an 8" or 10" trainer instead.

For men

The Men's V-Taper is firm latex for daily wear under a tee. Men's Neoprene is neoprene-lined for training days. The men's waist trainer guide covers sizing and wear.

Still deciding? How to choose a waist trainer walks through goal, length and hold one question at a time, or the Find My Fit quiz picks for you.

Which waist trainer has the most compression?

Triple Compression. Three layers plus a front zip and hooks. It's best once you've worn a trainer before.

Which is best for a first trainer?

Active Sculpt for workouts, or Daily Sculpt if you'll mostly wear it under clothes. Both have three rows of hooks so you can start loose.

Which trainers come in a short or long torso?

Active Sculpt, Active Sculpt Designs, Daily Sculpt, Neoprene and Triple Compression come in 8", 10" and 12". Hide The Back Fat is 12" only. Luxx, Zip & Clip and the men's trainers come in one length.

Is neoprene latex-free?

Ours isn't. The Neoprene trainer has a latex outer. For latex-free, choose Luxx Hourglass, Invisible Zip & Clip or the latex-free Hide The Back Fat.
