Waist trainers are comfortable but have me looking snatched! Have one specifically for working out and another for regular day (both comfortable just don’t want to wear a sweaty one throughout the day or wait till it’s clean). Love the seaweed wrap. I use with the cream and always drenched in sweat. Will continue to recommend squeezmeskinny, best waist trainers I’ve ever tried!!!

The Medium Torso 10” Unbelievable Curves Maximum Compression Waist Trainer is hands-down one of the best pieces I’ve used from Squeeze Me Skinny and I’ve worn their waist trainers for over 12 years. The compression is no joke: firm, supportive, and sculpting without feeling restrictive. It hugs the waist perfectly, keeps my core engaged during lifts, and helps maintain great posture throughout my workouts.

I’ve noticed a real difference in my midsection tighter, more controlled, and more defined. I’m in a Small now and probably ready for an XS soon, and this trainer has absolutely been part of that progress. I have tried about 20 different trainers over the years and this is by far the most comfortable. I wear it at least 12 hrs a day. Also the Customer service is superb! I accidentally clicked “buy” instead of “add discount” when I purchased my 2nd trainer. I contacted customer service and they actually gave me a refund for the amount of the discount! You can’t go wrong with this company!

This does help one attain desired goals but it takes more than this to get you competitive, it takes diet and training as well. This is not a miracle in a dispenser by any means..
