Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. You agree to give accurate information when you order.

Our products

We show products, colors and sizes as accurately as we can, but colors vary by screen and fit varies by body. Use the size charts and the Find My Fit quiz before you order.

Results vary. Waist trainers provide temporary shaping while worn and work best alongside regular exercise and balanced nutrition. Not a medical device. Consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, postpartum, or managing a medical condition.

Stop wearing a trainer if you feel pain, numbness, shortness of breath or skin irritation. Don't sleep in a waist trainer, and don't wear one while pregnant unless your doctor says it's OK.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. We may cancel or limit an order (for example, for a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item that's out of stock) and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. If you pay with Shop Pay Installments, that plan is between you and Affirm and has its own terms.

Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. All sales are final; size exchanges are covered by our Exchanges & returns policy. These don't limit any rights you have under the law.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes have the terms stated when they're offered, can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may end at any time.

Reviews and content you send

If you post a review, photo or video, or tag us on social media, you confirm it's yours and honest, and you let us show it on our site and channels with your first name and last initial. We don't edit what reviews say, and we may remove reviews that are offensive, off-topic or not about a real purchase.

Using our site

Our name, logo, photos, videos and text belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without permission. Don't misuse the site, for example by scraping it, interfering with it, or using it for anything illegal.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We don't promise any particular result from wearing our products.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
