Sit up straight and measure from the bottom of your ribs to the top of your hip bone. Under 8.5" is our 8" Short Torso, 8.5" to 10.5" is 10" Medium, and over 10.5" is 12" Long. Most women wear 10". The torso length guide walks you through it.

First trainer? Size up for comfort. Worn one before? Size down for a snugger hold. Start on the loosest row of hooks and move in as it breaks in.

Start with 1-2 hours a day on the loosest row of hooks and build up as it gets comfortable. Many customers wear Daily Sculpt for a full workday. Take it off if you feel pain, numbness or shortness of breath, and never sleep in it.

Yes. Active Sculpt is made to move with squats and cardio. Start with short sessions, drink water, and take it off if you feel dizzy or short of breath.

A trainer shapes your waist while you wear it and supports your posture during workouts and long days. Any change over time comes from training and nutrition, with the trainer as support. Results vary.

Yes: Luxx Hourglass, Invisible Zip & Clip and a latex-free Hide The Back Fat. Our Neoprene trainer has a latex outer, so it isn't latex-free.
