Privacy policy

Information we collect

• Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and order details. Payment card details are handled by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
• Information you give us: for example your waist measurement or torso length in the Find My Fit quiz, messages you send us, reviews, and your email or phone number when you sign up for updates.
• Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, and how you got to our site. We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar tools.

How we use it

• To process, ship and exchange your orders, and to send order and shipping updates
• To answer your questions and give fit help
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To send you marketing emails and texts if you've signed up (you can opt out at any time)
• To show you ads for our products on other sites and apps, unless you opt out

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run the store:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout, and payment providers including Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments (offered by Affirm)
• Our fulfillment and customer service partner, which packs and ships orders and handles exchanges
• Shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS
• Email and text message providers (such as Klaviyo) and customer support tools
• Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google, Meta and Microsoft), which may use cookies and pixels to measure and personalize ads
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and customers

Cookies and ads

Cookies keep your bag working, remember your preferences, and help us measure and improve our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site (like your bag) may stop working. Some of our advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under US state privacy laws. You can opt out on our Your privacy choices page, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

Emails and texts

We only send marketing emails and texts if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. See our SMS terms for details. Your consent to texts is never a condition of buying.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other US states, and the EU/UK), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or "sales" and "sharing". To make a request, email info@waisttrainercleaner.com or call (754) 206-2142. We'll verify your request using your order email and won't treat you differently for using your rights. You can name an authorized agent to make a request for you.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for orders, exchanges, taxes and accounting, or as the law requires. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Security

Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Children

Our site and products are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
