Processing

We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday, within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

US shipping rates

Delivery times are USPS estimates, not guarantees. Some orders take longer when the carrier has delays.

• Orders over $90: free
• Ground: $6.49
• Priority (about 2-3 business days in transit): $8.99

International shipping

We ship to most countries. Standard is $24.99 and Priority is $39.99; your exact options show at checkout. Most international orders arrive in 1-2 weeks.

Your country may charge duties, taxes or import fees. Those are paid by you and aren't included in our prices. International sales are final (see Exchanges & returns).

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away: Call (754) 206-2142 (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern) or email info@waisttrainercleaner.com. We can't change an address once the order has shipped, and we aren't responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, late or stolen packages

Every order has tracking. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS). Let us know too and we'll help with the claim. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, the carrier is responsible for it.
