Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.
How to Return or Exchange (U.S.)
- Ship your item back to the address below with your exchange card (found on the back of your order card).
- Include the exchange card with your order number and full name.
- A restocking fee of up to $10 may apply.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All items are inspected by our returns department. Please ensure your item meets every requirement:
- Unworn & unused
- Unstained
- Tags attached in original place
- Sewn-in tags attached
- Free of hair & odors
- No stretch marks or wrinkles
- Original packaging included
- Not bent in half to ship

Policy Details
Domestic (U.S.)
- No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
- $10 restocking fee may apply.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No returns after 30 days.
- Freebies, add-ons & promo items are not eligible.
International
- All international sales are final.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or seized packages.
- Duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility.
Lost Packages
- File a claim directly with USPS or UPS — tracking is provided on every order.
- We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
- Once with the carrier, packages are their responsibility.
Shipping Notes
- Packages ship within 1–2 business days.
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $65.
- Priority timelines are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays.
