These are way awesome! Was super skeptical @ first but then I grabbed a few... I measured a 39 waist so I ordered a 40 and a 38 the 40 was too big the 38 was good on the third row so I had to immediately order a 36..I'm onto the 3rd row on the 36 now and ordered a 34!
My fiance says she's never seen my waist this small in our whole relationship!
The latex ones are less tight than the neoprene ones so keep that in mind
I'll use the neoprene one in the AM from when I wake up until after the gym I'll shower and then get into the latex one until bed time

Belt is comfortable, but I did not go tight enough that use your measurements on the website. I am two weeks out so I don’t think I’ll be able to exchange it for a smaller size and get a fast delivery? I did and then we’ll see what it does.
