Material is tough but flexible. I am 5’2” & naturally blessed with big curves so it did curl up a bit at the bottom & sit right on my iliac crest,but it’s to be expected when it’s not a custom piece. I ordered a medium & a small both curled up and I plan on getting both of them altered to take off half an inch in the bottom of the backs. They are comfortable enough to wear all day and have a good stretch to them. They are lined with fabric to help absorb any sweat. I ordered a M according to the sizing instructions but it fit on the tightest clasps so I ordered a small and it fits on the largest clasp (but it stretches enough to go on the tightest & my waist is 29” for reference) so I am still able to use both! I also ordered the belt in a small to add extra compression & I love it!!! Items were purchased to help with my post tummy tuck recovery, fit great under clothes without petruding out. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased 2 trainers 12' waist trainer and 12' sport trainer. The chart was very helpful and I purchased the sizes that was suggested and both are very comfortable to wear and I can breathe and move in it which was very difficult with other waist trainers that I purchased. I highly recommend these waist trainers and I say get the size it suggest and not the size you want :)

I bought the neoprene waist trainer starter kit as recommended by a friend in a medium as well as a daily wear trainer. They are both soo comfortable and I’ve been wearing them for 2 weeks now while in prep for a bodybuilding show and my waist has already shrank significantly and my posture has gotten soo much better!!

I wear the fat burning cream on my stomach a wrap my stomach with plastic an a waist trainer while I do an hour of cardio everyday! I sweat my stomach off a see my abs a that’s my favorite part so I definitely recommend this cream!!!

Tall girl approved!! The perfect fit for us long torso girlies, without having it go too low in the back! This package was the perfect starter kit for me! I use the creams with it on a daily basis and I have now purchased three waist trainers and am looking for my forth as I size down!

I got a waist trainer in that was too short even for my torso. I had tried multiple brands and no companies make them small enough! It didn’t fit and I was disappointed because it’s taken m so many is to find one finally when I found squeez me skinny! When I contacted them they offered me free return label to send back and get the right size. They were so friendly and with everything I’ve been encountering in life currently just that small amount of great customer service and care from this company probably turned my whole month around.
