I ordered my squeez me skinny and ended up needing a smaller size but they make the exchange better process very easy! Unfortunately they were out of smalls but I was able to squeeze into an XS and although it’s going to take some getting used to it’s pretty comfy, light and fits just right!

It's a lovely piece but unfortunately I can give a proper review at this time because it was not the right size. I'll be returning it soon for a better fit.

I have never used a waist trainer before but this has changed my mindset. I love how it keeps my core engaged and man do I sweat!

First night I sucked it all in and managed one clasp… ONE!
Then a little more pulling in and managed to do up all the clasps, zipper and extra belt! And remarkably it was comfortable! Very well made! And I purchased the long torso trainer… a plus!
The following day I was able
To wear the waist trainer for 4 hours and then needed a break!
Now a week later wearing it all day is no issue at all and I can already see a difference in my waist!
